Che Vita is turning one, and we are celebrating with a full week of signature flavors, special moments, and Italian hospitality.
From July 13–19, guests are invited to join us for Che Vita Birthday Week, a weeklong celebration honoring our first year in downtown Tampa. Throughout the week, Che Vita will spotlight the dishes and cocktails guests loved most during our first year, along with golden ticket giveaways, daily surprises, and special chef-led experiences.
Guests can enjoy favorites such as Chicken Parmesan, Fratelli Pizza, Shrimp Scampi, Tiramisu, Espresso Martinis, Limoncello Martinis, and more, alongside a rotating lineup of anniversary offerings designed to celebrate the moments, flavors, and community that shaped Che Vita’s first year.
Weekly Celebration Highlights
Monday, July 13
Begin the week with a complimentary prosecco toast during dinner as we raise a glass to one year of Che Vita.
Tuesday, July 14
Enjoy a live affogato station, bringing together rich espresso and classic Italian dessert flavors in a celebratory tableside-inspired experience.
Wednesday, July 15
Join us for a chef’s live amuse-bouche moment during dinner, offering guests a special bite from the culinary team.
Thursday, July 16
Celebrate with a mini Italian dessert giveaway, available while supplies last.
Friday, July 17
The first 100 dinner guests will receive 20% off dinner checks of $100 or more, plus complimentary valet parking at Hilton Tampa Downtown.
Saturday, July 18
Enjoy a complimentary prosecco toast during dinner, then continue the celebration poolside with our official anniversary finale in partnership with ResortPass.
Sunday, July 19
Close out the week at Che Vita Lounge with live soccer finale viewing and themed food and beverage specials beginning at 3 PM.
Off Hours: Spritz into Amalfi Summer
On Saturday, July 18 from 7–10 PM, Che Vita’s birthday celebration continues poolside with Off Hours: Spritz into Amalfi Summer, hosted in partnership with ResortPass at the Pool Deck at Hilton Tampa Downtown.
Inspired by the warmth and energy of the Amalfi Coast, this golden-hour poolside event will feature refreshing spritzes, Italian-inspired bites, live DJ entertainment, giveaways, and a vibrant summer atmosphere in the heart of downtown Tampa. Guests can expect an evening of poolside mingling, celebratory drinks, and coastal Italian-inspired flavors as we toast to Che Vita’s first year.
